Donations and Eligibility

• Individual contribution limits apply: $3,500 per election and $7,000 per cycle.
• Contributions from corporations, labor organizations, foreign nationals, and federal contractors are prohibited.
• Donors must certify eligibility and provide required reporting information, including employer and occupation when required by law.
