• Send campaign updates and personalized issue briefings you request.
• Operate campaign AI features and improve supporter response quality.
• Monitor abuse, secure systems, and investigate suspicious activity.

Data Sharing and Processors

Campaign infrastructure uses service providers for payments, email delivery, authentication, hosting, analytics, and secure data storage. These may include Stripe, Amazon SES, Supabase, Firebase, Anthropic, and Vercel. Data is shared only for campaign operations, legal compliance, and service delivery.

Retention and Rights Requests

This policy is designed to support CalOPPA transparency expectations and CCPA/CPRA-style access and deletion workflows where applicable.

We retain data as required for campaign finance reporting and audit obligations. Certain records may be retained for at least three years where required by federal law. You may request access, correction, deletion, or communication preferences by contactingcampaign@ea4ca.com.
